TERMS OF SERVICE
Once the price is agreed upon, 50% of the total must be paid after the initial draft. I will begin work at that point and provide updates throughout the process.
the remaining amount must be paid after the work is completed and approved.If, for any reason, you need to cancel the order after paying the initial 50%, I can offer a full refund. If cancellation is requested after a significant portion of the work has been done, a partial refund will be issued, given the advanced stage of production.
If I find it necessary to cancel the order, you will be notified in advance and receive a full refund.During the update stages, you may request any changes you wish—whether to the pose, colors, or composition—but please be aware that after full payment has been made, a fee may apply depending on the complexity of the change.
My art cannot be used to train AI or make NFTs
Payments are via PayPal Invoices ONLY. The artist will send over the invoice using the email provided by the client.
My TAT estimate is 1-3 weeks depending on the complexity.
Refunds are situational.
Payment is either 50/50 (50% upfront, 50% before finished work).
References and/or descriptions are a must. Additional charges may be added depending on the vagueness and complexity.
I have the right to decline a commission request if it's too detailed, the contents of the request make me uncomfortable, or if I simply can't do it.
My watermark will be added on the final work.
All finished works will be sent through email and will be in a PNG format. A timelapse of the process will be sent along.
As the artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: I can post completed commissions on my social media or make speed paints.
You may use the art for any personal use as long as I'm credited. Commercial use costs an additional 150% of my base price, at which point you can use the art for any monetary gain.
Refund
1. No refund is applicable for commissioned work once it has been completed.
2. Commissioned works are not eligible for a return as each piece is custom made based on the details provided by each client.
However, if there is anything wrong with the file, it may be replaced or sent again by the artist.
3. In the case of unforeseen events, the maximum time for the artist to finish a work is 2 months. If the artist have not completed the commissioned work in said time frame, the buyer will have money returned or can file a case via PayPal. This may vary depending on what the artist and client have discussed (multiple illustrations, deadlines)
3.1. If the artist have not completed the commissioned work within 2 months and the client have refused to extend the deadline, the refunded money will depend on the amount of progress the artist have made.
